The artistic movement of surrealism is largely inspired by dreams, which it considers as a way to access our unconscious. My illustrations are full of fantasy, and are a kind of contemporary surrealism. Water becomes sky, a cat becomes moon, the stars can be climbed... Nothing is impossible in the realm of dreams. However, I also want my images to be anchored in your real life, to remind you that you can reach the stars once awake.
