My sirens are inspired by a mix between the melancholy of Andersen’s tale, the popular universe of Disney, and ourselves, a little out of step with this world that overwhelms us. My sirens are mostly not in their usual ocean, but are found on the diving board of a municipal pool or swimming in a city fountain. This appropriation brings a humorous and original note to these illustrations, which contribute to making your interior a world apart.
