WHO AM I?
Beginnings
I was born in Nancy in 1992, I have lived and worked in Marseille since 2018, where my studio is located.
From a very young age, in my mind, my path was already laid out: I wanted to become an illustrator, and, more specifically, I dreamed of creating Disney animations.
I studied applied arts at the Olivier de Serres school, then more specifically textile design at the Duperré school in Paris. I was then drawn to the world of illustration and went on to study at the Brussels Academy of Fine Arts. In Belgium, I feel I truly found my artistic path: I felt aligned with the idea of seamlessly blending the worlds of illustration, comics, and contemporary art.
Even today, this idea largely permeates my publications: creating images that have meaning, within a contemporary movement, these are my main concerns.

The path to self-publishing
The idea of creating independently, in order to express my universe in the most sincere way possible, has always seemed to me to be my preferred option.
Wishing to share my work in a direct, unique and concrete way, I naturally considered the path of self-publishing, while remaining open to the possibility of collaborating with publishers and galleries.
I printed my first risographs, "The Little Mermaid", "Little Red Riding Hood" and "Alice" in 2019. I started offering these prints online, then to galleries and shops, and to run a print stand at artists' markets.
I enjoy exhibiting in places that bypass the traditional art world. Having a stand in a public space and seeing passersby's reactions to my images is one of my greatest joys. I am committed to making art accessible, while offering you original, high-quality prints: limited editions, signed and numbered, carefully conceived and printed.
My inspirations
• The aquatic world
You've probably noticed: the aquatic world is omnipresent in my drawings. I'm fascinated by the beauty of this element, its transparency, its reflections, and its shifting shades of blue. But also by the symbolism and sensations it evokes: water is elusive, enveloping; the sea is infinite, ever-changing. In the water, we can also see our own reflection. And, indeed, my images are invitations to introspection.
The figure of the mermaid bridges my attraction to water and my passion for the world of fairy tales.

• Fairy tales
I insert fairytale characters into contemporary, everyday settings. By "taking our place," the princesses and mermaids express a part of ourselves and nostalgically remind us of our inner child. Fascinated by prefabricated worlds like Disneyland parks , I enjoy subverting these perfect little worlds to make them more ambivalent, more human.
The choice of princesses is not insignificant: it questions the models that shaped our development and our possibilities for emancipation.
• Feminine and Surrealism
The female figure is omnipresent in my work. It has an autofictional dimension that intersects with concerns related to feminism and self-care. I am inspired by artists like Frida Kahlo and Louise Bourgeois. Body and nature are combined in a surreal universe, symbolically expressing a form of liberation.
The Birth of Images
To create an image , I start with my sources of inspiration and then search for an unexpected hybrid. I try to find a blend of surprise, emotion, reflective openness, and graphic strength. Idea and sketch are intimately linked, leading me to the creation of a drawing, which I create using Illustrator software.
I need photographic models and often take photos of myself. My technique is vector drawing, which allows me to move shapes and change colors throughout the process. I strive for a minimalist and graphic style, depicting only the essentials, to leave ample room for the wanderings of the imagination.
Because what is central to my work is its symbolic scope, and I am primarily seeking the most appropriate way to bring it to light.

Limited editions
My prints are not reproductions; the image creation process is intrinsically linked to its future printing. Thus, the work only truly exists once it is printed on paper, and each copy of an edition constitutes a part of the "original work," corresponding to the edition as a whole.
All the works I publish are numbered and hand-signed. A completed limited edition cannot be reprinted. It may occasionally reappear in a completely new colored version or in a very different format.
The limited edition guarantees that you are the only person to own a number from the series. Over time, some editions end, others begin, and some are reborn in new ways… Each model has its own story that intersects with yours, and that's what makes it meaningful to me.
